Thermography: Thermography also known as raised ink printing. It comes all colors. Products can be printed using thermogrpahy or raised ink printing option.

At Koolprint we also offer Silkscreen / Silk Screen Printing or also known as Dye Sublimation or Screen Printing.Silkscreen / Silk Screening or Screen Printing as it is known can only be done using Spot Colors.

Koolprint offers wide range of finishes.Finishing optios are applied after completion of offest or digital printing process. One of the most commonly used finish in the printing industry is known as UV coating or flood UV coat. UV coat is a clear or transparent coat ultraviolet varnish which is applied after printing to give printed product glossy or shiny finish. Clear UV coat comes in Matte / Dull or GLossy / Shiny form. Glossy UV coat is wide used in the printing industry. Flood UV coating means that entire printed area will be covered with tranparent and clear UV coat. UV coating used for color enhancement and durability of the final product. Other clear coatings are also used such as Aqueos coating and plain varnish.

Spot UV: You may choose to have parts of the printed design covered with UV coat. This process is known as Spot UV Coating or Spot Lamination.

Plastic Lamination: Plastic lamination is a more expensive substitute for Flood UV coating or Aqueos coating. Plastic lamination comses in both Dull / Mate and Shiny / Glossy finish.Plastic lamination makes the product waterproof, enhances the printed colors and increases the durability of the printed products.

Embossing or Debossing: Embossing is a proces by which part of the printed prouct raised. Partially raised area is called embossed.

Cutout Window: Die-cut Boxes, window envelopes, Window File Folders, window greeting cards and other related products. Any special shape or size of window can be cut into any of our product after it is printed. Customer can choose to leave a blank space for window or has an option to have clear or transparent plastic glued or pasted in the window area. Diecut or cut-out windows are normally found on Window Envelopes, Boxes with Window, File Folder with cutout window. Invitation and greeting cards with window etc.

Another option for almost all of our products is Special shaped products. You may select or choose or buy to have Koolprint finish or cut the final product in any shpae of your choice. This process is also known as Special Diecut or written as Special Die-Cut products. You also can choose to have any part of the design on the product Embossed, Blind Embossing or De-Embossed / debossed.

To enhance the appeal of your product which are printed by Koolprint, you may select to go with our cheap option of Foil Stamping. At Koolprint, products can be foil stamped in Gold, Silver, Copper or any range of colors. For special price, you may select pantone color for your foil stamping.

At Koolprint you can select from stapled in the middle or which is known as saddle stitched or most commonly used for thick magazines or books is perfect binding.

For some produtcs you may want to have perforations or tear-off or rip parts to the products. Part of the product can be perforated upon request for a minimal charge.
